Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to when booking our services. Please read them carefully before confirming your event with Funky Disco's & Karaoke.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the Non-Refundable Booking Fee of 25% of the Total Fee and the signed Entertainment Agreement. Funky Disco's & Karaoke cannot hold a date or agree to an Event without the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and signed Entertainment Agreement. This fee secures the Event and covers initial administrative and preparatory work by Funky Disco's & Karaoke. The Non-Refundable Booking Fee will be deducted from the Total Fee, leaving the remaining balance to be paid as per these terms.
The Client agrees to pay the Balance by the date of the Event via PayPal, BACS (bank transfer), cheque, cash, or any other agreed payment method. Failure to pay the Balance by this time may result in the cancellation of the booking, with the Non-Refundable Booking Fee forfeited. Payment in cash on the date of the Event must be pre-agreed with Funky Disco's & Karaoke.
