Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only when the 25% non-refundable booking fee and signed entertainment agreement have been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date using an accepted payment method.

These terms apply when booking services from Funky Disco's & Karaoke. Please read the final agreement supplied with your booking carefully.

The client must provide safe, suitable access, adequate setup time, sufficient power and a performance area appropriate for the booked service. Venue rules must be supplied in advance.
Changes and cancellation
Changes to times, venue or services must be agreed in writing. Cancellation charges depend on the notice given; the booking fee remains non-refundable.
Audience conduct and safety
Funky Disco's & Karaoke may stop or suspend a performance where staff, equipment or guests are placed at risk through unsafe or abusive behaviour.
Liability and insurance
Services are covered by public liability insurance, subject to the terms of the policy and the limitations set out in the signed booking agreement.
